Evolve SS24

 

Evolve embodies the feeling of long, hot summers days, it embraces the meaning of our new name, evolving with it and displaying qualities of Boldness, Elegance and Timelessness.

The colour palette for this collection is inspired by childhood memories of spending summers at my Grandparents barn house in Cognac, France. Balmy, blue skied afternoons riding around the little hamlet of Sonnac on a rusty cream bicycle, biscuity dust flying around me as I breezed down the narrow streets. Being mesmerised by the neighbour who taught me how to play the baroque flute. The electric blue of our paddling pool and the striped sun chairs that matched the umbrella. The texture of the dense, incredibly dark blackberry bushes that lined the paddocks, keeping the donkeys where they belonged. The feeling of the cool worn out tiles underfoot in the kitchen in the morning. Essentially; long hot summers spent close to family and loved ones.

Each cut this season has been inspired by practicality and wearability as much as elegance and timeless style. Tops that can be worn to yoga, One Pieces that carry on into the evening after running about at the beach with family. Evolve's styles have been designed with this wearability in mind, yet they celebrate our softness with elegantly cut pieces, sitting comfortably against all bodies with seamless and supportive designs, bringing confidence to those who wear them.

The fabrication and versatility of this collection helps to reduce the impact on our environment and allows each piece to fit effortlessly into a minimal wardrobe.
