Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you are welcome to return it within 7 days of receiving your order. The garment must be unworn with all original tags and liners still attached.

We offer complimentary exchanges provided we have received your returned order, so that you can shop with confidence in your new Lawrence piece. Shipping costs incurred for returning items to us for a refund are not reimbursed by us.

Please reach out to us with your order number and reason for return at hello@lawrencethelabel.com to begin the process.

We can offer you a store credit, exchange or refund on full priced items only. You will be refunded via the original payment method used and will receive an email confirming the refund, please note this can take up to 3 working days to appear in your account.

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. If you are unhappy with your sale purchase, you may exchange or return for store credit at your cost.

We strive to achieve perfection in our products, and are strict on our quality control, however in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible to return the faulty item, we will then either replace this item for you or issue a credit or full refund, including shipping costs.
